Our delivery time is normally 8-17 working days.
We use various shipping companies (PostNord, CityMail, DHL) and delivery is usually made to your home - otherwise to the nearest delivery point.
Shipping costs 39 SEK, but all orders over 599 SEK are free, regardless of country.
You will receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days of ordering.

There are no customs fees. We cover all customs costs in advance, so you avoid surprises upon delivery.

You have 14 days to return an item, as long as it is unused, in original condition and with all labels still attached.
Sale items and specially designed products cannot be returned.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and costs from SEK 59 , depending on weight.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund once we have received the return.

Refunds will be made within 14 working days after we have received and approved the return.
Shipping is only reimbursed if you have chosen delivery insurance.
