📩 How to track your package at Icekit

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email , usually within 3-6 business days of placing your order.

Once you have received your tracking number, use the tracking service 17TRACK :

Important things to know about tracking:

When you first receive your tracking number, you may not see any information right away . This is completely normal!

📌 You may see things like “Not Found” or similar on 17TRACK. This is because:

  • The package has just been shipped from our warehouse.

  • It takes time for the shipping company to register and update the tracking .

  • The supplier must first forward the package to the carrier that ultimately delivers it to you.

🕒 Tracking information is usually updated within 2-5 business days of receiving your tracking number – so be patient and check back later!


🕐 Delivery time

According to our shipping policy The normal delivery time is 10–20 working days , but in some cases it can take up to 30 working days depending on the supplier, demand and external circumstances.

Why does it say the package is not found?
This is common at the beginning of the delivery process. Please wait a few days and try again.

How often is the tracking updated?
The tracking is updated as the shipping company registers the package at various stations. This does not always happen daily, but you will see updates within a couple of days of first visibility.
