đŠ How to track your package from Icekit
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, usually within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
Once you have received your tracking number, you can easily track the package using 17TRACK .

đ Important to know about tracking
When you first receive your tracking number, the status on 17TRACK may show âPackage Information Receivedâ .
This means that:

The shipping company 4PX has received information about your package,

but that it has not yet been retrieved from our warehouse.
The package is therefore waiting to be picked up and scanned by 4PX before you see any movement in the tracking.
When the package arrives in Sweden, it is taken over by a Swedish shipping company â such as PostNord , CityMail or DHL .
đ Delivery time
According to our shipping policy, the normal delivery time is 8â17 business days .
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on supplier, demand and external circumstances. Sometimes the package may arrive earlier or later than expected.

Why does it say âPackage information receivedâ?
This means that 4PX has received information about your package but has not yet picked it up from the warehouse. Once the package is picked up and scanned, the tracking will start showing updates.
How does tracking work?
The tracking number is updated continuously with the movement of the package. When the shipment arrives in Sweden, PostNord, CityMail or DHL will take over the delivery to your address.
Which shipping companies are used?
From China, packages are mainly sent with 4PX , and in Sweden, delivery is handled by PostNord , CityMail or DHL .
