Our delivery time is normally 8-15 business days. We use various shipping companies (PostNord, CityMail, DHL) and delivery usually takes place to your home, otherwise to the nearest pick-up point. Shipping costs SEK 39, but for all orders over SEK 599, shipping is free, regardless of country. You will receive a tracking number within 2–5 business days after placing your order. No customs fees are added. We cover all customs costs in advance, so you avoid surprises upon delivery.

You have 14 days to return an item, as long as it is unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Sale items and custom-designed products cannot be returned.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and costs from 59 SEK, depending on weight. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund once we have received the return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we have received and approved the return. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if you chose shipping insurance.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us and we will resolve it at no extra cost!
